We are a group of entrepreneurs, investors, and business builders looking for one great business that we can transition and grow for the long-term.
We are not private equity or restructuring investors looking to quickly change a business. We want to acquire, hold, and grow the business in the interest of its customers, employees, and community.
As a small group with clear target criteria, we run a rapid process. We are in this to ensure the company acquired has a bright future, preserving and further enhancing the legacy of its founders and original owners.
We’re looking for one UAE-based business that (ideally) meets six criteria…
Stable Industry
While industry-agnostic, we are keen on fragmented, growing industries. Our initial areas of interest include Education, Healthcare, Pet Services, and Industrials
Strong Financial Performance
We are looking for stable, cash-flow positive, growing business. We target those with EBITDA greater than $1M, EBITDA margins of 10%+, and revenue greater than $5M
Loyal and Reliable Customers
We want businesses that have built great relationships with a diverse array of customers, and as a result have a clearly articulated competitive advantage
Recurring / Repeat Revenue
We target businesses whose business models ensure that they have a strong base of recurring or repeat revenue, which do not depend on significant capital expenditure
Scalable Business
We target businesses with clear and easy to articulate business models that have identifiable pathways to grow, including via new locations, customers, or business lines
Strong Existing Management Team
We can only target businesses with a strong existing management team in place, without significant key person risk
